At Specipig, we are committed to build a healthier and more environmentally sustainable world. To reach this aim, we are working on a strategy to align our activity with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and our whole team is involved in making our organisation more eco-friendly and socially fair.

We have the privilege of having our facilities located in a natural area surrounding Barcelona, which makes us even more aware of this issue.

We are implementing actions such as digitalisation, responsible water use and other initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our activity.

Every month, we distribute amongst our team a basket of km0 fruit and vegetables. We also have had different activities around the World Water Day, World Environment Day, International Day of Forests and World Bee Day, among others, with expert talks to raise awareness and value the preservation of our surroundings.

Furthermore, we promote books sharing among our team and last World Book Day we gave away bookmarks that contained native seeds.
